Hesap Silme
Okey hesabınızı ve ona bağlı tüm verilerinizi iki yoldan silebilirsiniz. Her iki yol da kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.
1. Uygulamanın içinden (anında)
- Ana sayfada sol üstteki oyuncu kartınıza dokunun → Profil açılır.
- Sol sütundaki kırmızı HESABI SİL düğmesine dokunun.
- İki onay penceresinde ONAYLA'yı seçin.
Hesabınız sunucudan anında silinir ve giriş ekranına dönersiniz.
2. E-posta ile (uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız)
Aşağıdaki bağlantı, konusu hazır bir e-posta açar. Sosyal girişle bağladığınız hesabın e-postasını yazmanız yeterlidir; misafir hesaplar için uygulama içindeki görünen adınızı ve son oynadığınız günü yazın ki hesabı bulabilelim.

Neler silinir
- Hesap kimliği ve (varsa) sosyal girişten alınan ad, e-posta, fotoğraf bağlantısı
- Profil (görünen ad, avatar)
- Cüzdan ve hareket kayıtları, ilerleme, sahip olunan kozmetikler
- Maç kayıtları, istatistikler, günlük hediye/görev/reklam kayıtları, başarımlar

Account Deletion
You can delete your Okey account and all data tied to it in two ways. Both are permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Inside the app (immediate)
- On the home screen tap your player card (top-left) → Profile opens.
- Tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT button in the left column.
- Choose CONFIRM in both confirmation dialogs.
Your account is deleted from the server immediately and you return to the sign-in screen.
2. By e-mail (if you can no longer access the app)
The link below opens a pre-filled e-mail. If you linked a social account, the e-mail address of that account is enough; for guest accounts please include your in-game display name and the last day you played so we can find the account.

We complete the request and reply within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Account identifier and (if any) the name, e-mail and photo link from social sign-in
- Profile (display name, avatar)
- Wallet and ledger, progress, owned cosmetics
- Match records, statistics, daily gift/mission/ad records, achievements
Nothing is retained; unless a legal retention duty arises, deletion is complete. See the Privacy Policy for details.
